  7. Behavior During Rituals
    Silence, discipline, and reverence must be maintained during temple rituals. Disruptive behavior is strictly condemned.
  8. Dress Code Adherence
    Visitors are expected to dress modestly and appropriately in alignment with temple customs.

    All users must comply with temple security checks, movement guidelines, and cooperate with sevayats and temple officials.
  10. Health & Safety

    No individual is allowed to misuse Sevayat.org’s name for personal, financial, or political gains inside or outside the temple.
  12. Dispute Resolution within Premises
    Any grievances within temple premises should be directed to official temple grievance cells, not through online complaints.
  13. Group Visits or Pilgrimages
    Group leaders using Sevayat.org for coordination must ensure ethical and orderly behavior by their members.
  14. Volunteering Transparency
    Any seva or volunteering under Sevayat.org must be transparent and non-commercial. Volunteers must be respectful and disciplined.
  15. Spiritual Integrity
    All actions undertaken in the temple premises under Sevayat.org should reflect sincerity, humility, and devotion to Lord Jagannath.

Restrictions Inside Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri

To maintain the sanctity, security, and tradition of the Shree Jagannath Temple, the following restrictions apply to all devotees and visitors:

  1. Non-Hindus Not Allowed: As per age-old tradition, entry is restricted to Hindus only.
  2. No Photography or Videography: Cameras, mobile photography, and videography are strictly prohibited inside temple premises.
  3. Footwear Not Permitted: Footwear, including socks, must be removed before entering the temple.

  12. Entry Timing Restrictions: Devotees must follow darshan and temple timing guidelines; late-night entries are not permitted.

  14. Queue and Orderliness: Devotees are expected to maintain proper queue discipline and not push or rush during rituals.
  15. Penalty for Misconduct: Any violation of these rules may result in removal from the temple premises and legal consequences.

These restrictions are enforced by the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration and security for the protection of the temple’s spiritual atmosphere and the safety of all devotees.
